REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

1.1 The Company offers a satisfaction guarantee to the Client for the first two months of service. If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided during this period, they are entitled to a full refund of the one-time paid fee, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions for Refund

2.1 To be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee:

a) The Client must not have approved ANY of the designs provided by the Company during the first two months of service. If at least ONE design was approved, the client WILL NOT BE eligible for a refund.

b) The Client must not have used any of the design/s provided by the Company in any platform or medium.

3. Requesting a Refund

3.1 In the event that the Client meets the conditions outlined in section 2 and wishes to request a refund, they must notify the Company in writing within two months from the date of payment.

3.2 The request for a refund must include the reason for dissatisfaction and any relevant details supporting the claim.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Upon receipt of a valid refund request, the Company will review the request and verify compliance with the conditions outlined in section 2.

4.2 If the request is deemed valid, the Company will process the refund within 20 business days from the date of receipt of the request.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Refunds will not be granted:

a) If the Client has approved any design/s provided by the Company during the first two months of service.

b) If the Client has used any of the designs provided by the Company in any platform or medium.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any digital incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or relating to the refund process.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

By becoming a member of Lazoh Design, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this refund policy.
