How fast would I receive my design?
On average, most requests are completed within one or two days. However, more complex requests can take longer. You will be provided with a "Design Menu" with details about designs and average time for each.
Is there a Limit for Requests?
Once a member, your are able to add as many requests as you'd like. So no, there is no limit!
Isn't it better to hire a full-time designer?
Let's talk about hiring new employees. Yes, just the sound of it costs a lot. Of course, it is great to have a designer at your disposal. However, when life happens and personal issues arise, you can't count on them and your work is left unattended. This won't happen with us.
Not to mention, you would have to pay a bunch of extras: legal, extra hours, vacations, maternity, and much more!
Who are the Designers?
Most of our designers are professionals located in South America, North America & Europe. You can check out our Global Designers Community.
What programs do you use for Design? Is all AI?
We work with Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop and much more. We use Ai as a tool, not to replace a Designer.
Is there any design that my membership does not cover?
Yes, we DO NOT cover the following work: 3D Modeling, Rendering, 3D Animation.
What if I don't like the Design
No worries! You can request changes until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
